The Lexus CT 200h has been awarded the prestigious Euro NCAP five-star rating with an overall score of 83/100. This score is well above the minimum required to achieve five stars, and ranks the new Lexus amongst the very safest vehicles in the premium compact segment.

Toyota Motor Europe reports sales of 233,336 Toyota and Lexus vehicles in the first quarter of 2011, up 13% from 2010. Monthly vehicle sales have consistently exceeded targets since June 2010. Toyota’s overall monthly sales in March surpassed the 100,000 mark for the first time since March 2009.

The Marketing Institute South Region 2011 “Masked Ball,” will take place on Saturday 26th March 2011 at the Silver Springs Moran Hotel. In the recently published 2010 Which? Car Survey, Toyota and Lexus vehicles took the top four positions in the most reliable “used large car” category. In the “new large car” category, two Toyota vehicles also received top five placements.

The annual Cork Chamber of Commerce Dinner took place last Friday the 4th at City Hall. The event was sponsored by Kearys Lexus who had a number of new models on display outside the City Hall on the night including the new Lexus IS200d.
